Project Overview
The “Prismatic Coronas” by James Carpenter were installed in 1991 as the signature art piece for the Library Galleria. This photo is of the special lighting that was done to show a color changing effect for a special evening honoring Mayor Heather Fargo for her re-election in 2004.
